German made Waste Oil Burner Gun
The German made EMB Series waste oil burner provides a broad range of power outputs.
The operation sequence pumps fuel out of the special Kroll day tank and into the burner tank. A float switch controls the level inside the burner tank and supplies power to an oil pump on the day tank. Another float switch (overflow protection) serves as a limiter, which switches to fault if the tank overfills.
A thermostat sets the oil temperature in the burner tank and starts the burner when it reaches the set point temperature.
Also, the automatic burner control system monitors the operation of the burner and provides diagnostics to the user. A special nozzle aspirates and finely atomises the fuel using the compressed air flowing into the nozzle[s]. Therefore, the compressed air serves as primary air for the combustion process.
The burner blower supplies the secondary air, which mixes with the atomised spray at the baffle plate. This ensures full combustion and operational reliability.
Also, at an oil temperature in excess of 150° C, the safety switch automatically de-energises the burner. The Siemens controller displays diagnostics. These burners mount to air furnaces like the Kroll SZ series or heat water in a hydronic boiler [water heater].
