EMB WASTE OIL BURNERS
EMB BURNER
The EMB waste oil burners are German made by MVZ GMBH.
How do the waste oil burners function?
The fuel is pumped out of the supply tank and into the burner tank. A float switch controls the level inside the burner tank. Two other float switches (overflow protection) provide fuel overflow sensing which isolate power in the event of the tank being overfilled. A thermostat regulates the oil temperature in the burner tank and starts the burner when the set temperature is reached. Thereafter, the Siemens oil burner control controls and monitors the operation of the burner. Fuel is drawn from the pre-heat tank and finely atomised by a special nozzle using the compressed air flowing through the burner air regulator, which is used as the primary air for the combustion process. The burner’s electric motor driven blower fan supplies the secondary air which is added to the atomised spray behind the special nozzle and it’s diffuser ring. The diffuser generates a spriral air flow past the special nozzle. This ensures full combustion and operational reliability. If the fuel or oil temperature rises to in excess of 150° C, the safety switch automatically de-energises the burner.
Power Options
