Kroll BR Series Service Description
Strip BR completely apart – up to 150 pieces
Soak parts in degreaser
Inspect parts for wear
Check solenoid, ignition transformer & motor for low earth leakage
Advise client on recommended parts to replace
Check if client requires additions EG: Final Filter/Energy Save Controller
Assemble
Mount BR on test furnace
Check flame quality
Check consumption
Check oil/air mixtures
Run on different flame lengths
Run ON/OFF for 3 to 4 hours
Check for leaks
Pack & return BR along with replaced parts where applicable
