The Caria Examination
A Caria CP40 40kW fully automatic hydronic wood pellet boiler has been installed in country Victoria. After initial firmware updates to sort out a pellet feed issue, the CP40 Pellet Boiler is functioning correctly.
The CP40 is charging 2000l of water storage to 77C. A great feature of the CP40 operating system is the ability to tweak parameters remotely, an essential thing for a complex machine in a remote location.

Diagnosis
Every parameter is configurable remotely. This is very usefull to speed things up or down, vary boiler max temperature, vary maximum power, adjust upper and lower buffer parameters. The operation mode [running, ignition, supervision and halt phases are displayed]. The boiler power, flame size, pellet feed rate, flue gas temperature and boiler temperature are displayed in real time. The alarm register is there to be examined 24 by 7.
